Lu Zhenqi, RN, MSN, Director of Nursing Department, Fudan University Cancer Center, Shanghai, China. The main research direction is the nursing of breast cancer patients, the symptom management of radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients, and the application of information process transformation in nursing work. The project 'Application of Process Reengineering in Daytime Chemotherapy Center' was awarded the Shanghai Nursing Work Improvement Award. The research project 'Breast cancer rehabilitation nursing mode based on professional support and peer support' won the second prize of Shanghai Nursing Science and Technology Award. At the same time, she was the teacher of 'Oncology Nursing' in the School of Nursing of Fudan University, and undertook the teaching work of 20 State-level Oncology Nursing New Progress Courses. As the director of the oncology nursing committee, she is responsible for the knowledge promotion and training of professional oncology nurses throughout the country.
