CHEN Jie undertakes the courses of 'Pediatric Surgical Nursing', 'Pediatric ostomy Care', 'Pediatric wound care' and 'Pediatric continence care'. She gives lectures for several ETNEP schools, such as Shanghai ETNEP, Zhengzhou ETNEP, Wenzhou ETNEP, Nanjing ETNEP, Sichuan ETNEP, Tianjin ETNEP, Jiangxi ETNEP, Shandong ETNEP.

She edited Pediatric ostomy Care(2021),participated in Guidelines of Prevention MDRPI (2020 Edition), Neonatal Surgical Nursing, Neonatal Nursing,Norms for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Neonatal Surgical Diseases, Clinical Techniques of Pediatric Emergency and Critical Care Medicine, Wound Ostomy Continence Care of Specialized Nursing (training materials for WOCN nurses in China). She also translated professional books such as Principles of Wound Nursing Practice and Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Pressure Injuries in the Pan-Pacific Region.

In the past five years, She received funding from scientific research projects of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission,ShanghaiHospitalDevelopmentCenterand Shanghai Community Health Association. The research projects include standardized development ofwound management and evaluation of pediatric community service ability. She has won Chinese Nursing Science and Technology Award andShanghai Medical Staff Science and Technology Innovation 'Star Plan'. She was awarded as the Top Ten Nurses of Shanghai, Zuoying Nursing Award, woman pacesetter of Shanghai, and the Advanced Worker of Shanghai Health System. She was voted as excellent reviewer of Shanghai Nursing Magazine by Shanghai Nursing Society.
