BIOGRAPHY

Professor DING Yan is Director of Nursing Department, member of Academic Committee in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Fudan University. She is also appointed jointly as professor and member of Academic Committee of School of Nursing, Fudan University. The research focus of her team is on midwifery care, antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care. Meanwhile she is also interested in nursing care and health-related quality of life in women with gynecological malignancies. She has gotten research funding from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (STCSM) and Shanghai Health Bureau et al, with more than 50 publications in peer-reviewed International or Chinese core nursing journals during the recent five years. She has won the first prize of Science and Technology Award of China Nursing Association, the first prize of Science and Technology Award of Shanghai Nursing Association, and the “Top Ten” nurse model of Shanghai Healthcare System.
