BIOGRAPHY
QIN Wei is the deputy director of Nursing Department of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. She is also the Vice Chairman of Nursing Management Professional Committee of the 12th Council of Shanghai Nursing Society and Nursing Sub Committee of the Medical Service Professional Committee of the Shanghai Modern Service Industry Federation.
In recent five years, she was the PI of 9 fund projects, including Shanghai Nursing Society, Shanghai Nursing Quality Control Center, Fudan University Nursing Research Fund, Fudan University Hospital Management Research Fund, and Hospital Management Science Fund of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. More than 20 papers have been published as first author or corresponding author in domestic core journals. 14 master's students were graduated by her guidance. She has won the Shanghai Nursing Work Improvement Achievement Award at the 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th sessions of the Shanghai Quality Control Center, and participated in the compilation of teaching materials and monographs such as Hospital Management, Hospital Infection, Surgical nursing, Clinical Nursing Tutorial, Critical Care Monitoring, and Practical Cancer Nursing.
