BIOGRAPHY
Professor ZHANG Yuxia is the Vice Dean of the School of Nursing at Fudan University and the Director of the Nursing Department at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN). Additionally, she holds several important positions, including Chair of the Nursing Professionals Development Committee of the 'Belt and Road' Health Professionals Alliance established by the Health Human Resource Development Centre, NHC, P.R. China, Vice Chair of the Project Management Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, and Vice Chair of the Nursing Branch of the Chinese Research Hospital Association et al. She serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Nursing in Critical Care and other peer-reviewed nursing journals. Her current research focuses on patient experience, nursing management, and critical care. She has received research funding from the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, the Shanghai Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences, the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, the Shanghai Hospital Development Center et al. Over the past five years, she has published more than 100 papers in peer-reviewed international or Chinese core nursing journals. Professor ZHANG Yuxia has supervised over 50 postdoctoral fellows and doctoral, and master's students. Her recent work, in collaboration with her research team, involves developing and implementing nursing practices to enhance the patient experience, nursing management, and critical care.
