BIOGRAPHY

Dr. LIANG Yan is a faculty of Department of Fundamental Nursing, School of Nursing, Fudan University. Her current research focuses on home and community-based elder care, and long-term care policy. She participated in the preparation of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the development of Shanghai medical care service system for the elderly, the policy evaluation of Shanghai's integrated care project for the elderly, the development of local standards for long-term care insurance in Zhejiang Province, and the study of long-term care insurance payment policies by the National Medical Insurance Bureau. Recent years, Dr. LIANG Yan and her research team is working on integrated care, person-centred care and digital care to enhance aging in place.
