教育背景

2006年毕业于复旦大学护理学专业，获学士学位

2014年毕业于复旦大学肿瘤学专业，获博士学位

教学及科研情况

承担“循证护理”、“肿瘤护理”、 “外科护理”、“急救护理”等课程的教学。参与《循证护理学》、《外科护理学》、《急救护理学》、《循证护理——证据临床转化理论与实践》等教材或论著的编写。所负责课程获上海市一流课程、上海市教学课程思政示范课程和示范团队。

主要研究方向为肿瘤护理与循证护理，重点关注肿瘤患者的症状管理、支持性照护和生活质量研究，以及证据的多层次整合、传播与转化。近五年来获得主持美国中华医学基金会公开竞争项目、国家自然科学基金、上海市科委、上海市哲学社会科学规划办公室、上海市卫健委、复旦大学护理科研基金等项目资助，研究课题包括癌症相关经济毒性评估与对策研究、癌症生存者照护需求评估与智慧干预研究、全面两孩政策背景下护士离职倾向评估与对策研究、乳腺癌内分泌治疗相关症状群及其影响因素研究等。近五年来在国内、外期刊以第一或通讯作者发表论文50篇，其中SCI论文20篇。

入选上海浦江人才计划，获复旦大学“一健康基金”优秀教师奖、复旦大学本科毕业生“我心目中的好老师”提名奖、第二届全国护理学青年教师教学比赛二等奖，以第二完成人获得中华护理科技奖二等奖、上海护理科技奖一等奖。
