教学及科研情况

上海市优秀青年护理人才，护理专业技术与管理人才。承担本科生及研究生教学工作。工作以来先后主持国家重点研发计划子项目、上海市科委以及卫健委项目、中国-加拿大临床研究项目、上海市申康医院发展中心项目、全国医学教育发展中心医学模拟教育研究项目等二十项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表40四十余项，获得上海市左英奖、优秀青年护理人才、中华以及上海市护理科技奖、上海市科技进步奖、中国医药教育协会科技进步奖等。作为导师以及导师组成员指导硕士研究生十余名。

学术任职

中国医药教育协会新生儿护理分会主任委员，中华护理学会儿科专委会专家库成员，上海市护理学会理事以及儿科专委会委员。Journal of nursing management学术编委。
